leftover macaroni and cheese
garlic powder
onion powder
panko
salt and pepper
smoked paprika
shredded cheddar cheeseoptional
Instructions
Preheat your waffle maker machine. Using a large microwave safe bowl, heat your leftover macaroni and cheese for just a couple minutes just so you can easily mix it. Add all of the seasonings above and mix together.
Once your waffle maker is preheated and ready to go, (spray with a non-stick baking spray if that's what your normally do), scoop some of the macaroni and cheese mixture and sprinkle/add a little cheese on top. Close the waffle maker and cook. Mine waffle maker automatically cooks the waffles for 2 1/2 minutes. Depending on the make and model of your waffle maker, just open the lid and check after 2 1/2 minutes. Open, remove the mac and cheese waffle and repeat until all of your mac and cheese mixture is gone. Enjoy the waffles while hot!
