mason jar with lid or any container with lid
Ingredients
1/2cupold fashioned rolled oats
1teaspoonpumpkin pie spice
1/2teaspoonground cinnamon
1 to 2tablespoonspure pumpkin
1tablespoonchia seeds or chia/ground flax blend
1cupmilk
1tablespoonmaple syrup
Toppings: chopped pecans, pepitas, granola, any type of nut butter
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients into a large mason jar, from the rolled oats to the chia/flax blend. Pour in the dairy milk and mix together until combined. Cover with lid and place into the refrigerator overnight.
The next morning, remove the lid and give everything one more stir. Add a splash more dairy milk to make the oats smoother and more nutritious and mix again. Finish off by adding the maple syrup and the toppings of your choice and enjoy!
