Baked Salmon with Dijon and Hot Honey

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon filets
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • olive oil extra virgin
  • salt and pepper
  • chile lime seasoning blend
  • chili crunch hot honey
  • lemon wedge

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay down your salmon and top with a 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard over each salmon filet. Add a light drizzle of olive oil over both, season with salt and pepper, and the chile lime seasoning blend.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and drizzle with chili crunch hot honey and squeeze just a little fresh lemon juice over the top! Enjoy while hot!
