Christmas Wreath Charcuterie Board
For the Meat Lovers, this one predominantly features meat: Italian meatballs, a few different types of salami and soppressata.
- fresh rosemary sprigs
- fresh sage
- variety cheese (cheddar, white cheddar and colby jack) cubed
- mini mozzarella balls
- salami and soppressata
- castelvetrano olives
- candied pecan or nuts
- pomegranate arils
- sugared cranberries
Using a round board or plate, arrange the fresh rosemary and sage around the edge in a circle. Place the cheese cubes, in groups, spaced apart around the edge, next to or slightly on top of the fresh rosemary and sage.
Fold a few salami and soppressata slices together and connect using a toothpick and arrange around the edge next to the cheeses. Fill in with the olives, cornichons, candied pecans and then fill in any holes with the mini mozzarella balls and cranberries and randomly sprinkle the pomegranate arils around the top. To make your board more wreath-like, feel free to add more fresh rosemary in the center. Serve and enjoy!
