Ingredients
1medium to large sizedKorean radish*peeled and julienned
1tablespoonkosher salt
2clovesgarlicminced
1green oniondiced
1tablespoonbrown rice vinegar
2teaspoonsgochugaru
2teaspoonswhite granulated sugar
sesame seeds
Instructions
Place your julienned radish into a large mixing bowl, sprinkle on the salt, mix and toss together with your hands and set aside for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, pour out and squeeze out all the excess water and place back into the bowl.
Add in the garlic, green onions, vinegar, gochugaru and sugar. Toss and mix together and taste and adjust any ingredients as needed. Garnish with some sesame seeds and enjoy!
