Preheat your oven to 400. Place tomatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven until they burst, about 15 to 18 minutes. Place roasted tomatoes into a little dish.
Assemble board: arranges all food items on the board, placing some directly on the board and some in little dishes or containers. Serve with some balsamic glaze, little forks and knives and enjoy!
