Gochujang Flavored Pasta Chips
The recipe below is for the air fryer but these can be baked in the oven at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes, tossing halfway through. You will get a more crispy "chip" in the air fryer.

Course: Appetizer or Snack
Cuisine: Korean-ish
Keyword: pasta chips
Servings: 4
- 1/2 lb. rigatoni pasta
- 1/4 cup Korean gochujang + more if desired
- 1 tablespoon Ranch dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon honey + more if desired
- parmesan cheese
For the dipping sauce:
- 1/4 cup Korean gochujang
- 1 tablespoon Ranch dressing
- honey to taste
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta to al dente according to package instructions. If using rigatoni pasta, this will take about 11 to 12 minutes. Drain and place into a large mixing bowl.
Add in the gochujang, Ranch dressing, honey and parmesan cheese and toss to coat. Place into your air fryer and air fry at 400°F for about 10 to 12 minutes, tossing halfway through. If you have the air fryer that I have, see video, I tossed and rotated the trays halfway through. For the dipping sauce: whisk together the ingredients. Taste and adjust any ingredients as needed. Serve and enjoy with the Gochujang flavored pasta chips!
