The Perfect Green Smoothie

This is the "Beginner's Luck" Smoothie in the book (without the pomegranate arils)

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 bananas
  • Topping: pomegranate arils


  • Blend the spinach and water until smooth. Add the mango, pineapple and bananas and blend again. Top with pomegranate arils if desired. Enjoy!
