Superfood Smoothie Bowl
The book says to fill your blender in this order, from bottom to top: leafy greens, liquids, fresh fruits and veggies, dry ingredients (like spices, powders, seeds etc) and then frozen fruits and ice on top.

For the smoothie bowl:
- 2 cups spinach or any leafy greens
- 1 cup almond milk + more if needed
- 1 banana broken into pieces
- 1/2 orange
- 2 to 3 apple slices skin on
- 1 to 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 to 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 2 cups frozen berries assortment of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries
Topping Suggestions:
- hemp seeds
- shredded coconut
- more apple slices
- bananas
- muesli or granola
Blend together the leafy greens, almond milk, banana, orange, apple slices, almond butter, hemp seeds and frozen berries until smooth.
Pour into bowls, top with suggested toppings and enjoy!
