medium grain rice

packet Tamanoi Sushinoko
powdered sushi flavoring or Japanese rice vinegar powder
1 1/2
pounds
of assorted sushi grade fish
I recommend 1/2 pound each of tuna, yellowtail and salmon, or any assortment of sushi grade fish
Japanese pickled ginger
Wasabi
Low sodium soy sauce
